Although I am a fairly new business only being established in 2018, my dedication to your children is second to none.

I am proud to say that I am more than just a child minding service, I am a qualified educator who is committed to your children as if they were my own.

Here at Clarinda Park FDC I aim to give your children the best start & I do this by following all regulations which include the National Quality Framework (NQF) as well as the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

I will always make time to discuss any input, concerns & feedback you have to offer to the service I provide you & your child/children.

My Philosophy

 

 

I believe the environment surrounding a child plays a major role in the success of an early childhood program. It should enhance the child's interests in all developmental areas and what better way to do this than through play.

​

Play based learning allows a child to learn, explore & maintain interest in learning. A play based environment should take into consideration the social skills, communication skills, physical abilities or challenges & the learning styles of each individual child in order to be successful. My goal is to make this experience safe, positive, nurturing & fun for your child to learn & move on to the next stage of learning.

Children need the assurance of being loved & cared for while they are enjoying an educational environment away from a home setting. I aim to make your child feel confident & secure in their learnings as well as take interest in their likes & dislikes in order for them to be successful.

 

My educational program is based on your child's individual needs, it is guided by the early years learning framework & my observations & assessments. Your input into your child's education is crucial, learning starts at home. As their parent you were the first 'educator' your child had contact with & you are the person that understands & knows them better than anyone, this is why I aim to not only build a positive relationship with your child but also with you the parent.

 

I can guarantee that your child will be treated & welcomed into my home as if they were my own. I aim to create a warm, positive and caring environment in which a child can grow & be apart of. As an educator it is not only my aim but it is my passion to give your child the foundation needed to thrive in an educational setting.
